For many families, the corona crisis has added further strain to an already incredibly tough financial situation. With secondary schools closed and with primary school children to a large extent remaining at home, many families’ lives have been thrown into a state of flux. Many children and teenagers run the risk of not just missing out on learning and socialising with their friends at school, but also on an equally important part of school life: daily school meals and routine nutritious snacks. Karma and Save the Children have teamed up and set an ambitious goal to fundraise SEK 5 million, to donate 100,000 meals to those children in need and impacted by COVID-19. The campaign is inspired by the saying "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade". Out of an obviously difficult and serious situation, let’s create something positive together. More info here: http://karmalemonchallenge.com From today it will be possible to make donations and the easiest way to do this is directly through the website or via the Karma app. Help us raise awareness of the campaign by sharing the #KarmaLemonChallenge on social media.
